PT ALI's process activity is producing consumable bird nest (EBN). The technology used consists of heating and storage technology in cold temperatures. The process of producing an edible bird's nest (EBN) consists of the main stages of cleaning, drying, storage in cold temperatures, heating, and packaging with vaccum and non vacuum methods.

The storage process of EBN up to the storage of the final product is pursued in a room with controlled and dry temperature. The packaging and shipping process should be able to guarantee the quality of the product to the customer's hands.
